[Halld-offline] Data Challenge: Projecting Resources

For the data challenge, I made the attached excel spreadsheet in order to compute:

1) What fraction of jobs I should launch of each type to reach the target event fractions
2) The projected number of events & files of each type generated, and how much disk space they will take.  

These stats are projected for CMU (they aren't perfect because I rounded/guesstimated some on time/disk-space), but other institutions are welcome to use the spreadsheet as well.  Note that I assumed that REST compression will be enabled.
