[Halld-offline] Trouble building latest version of sim-recon

Hi Tom,

After consulting with a few people, we realized that, as yo unsuspected, the switch from plugin to
library caused this. It is because the name of the directory changed from “TTab” to “TTAB” so that the
naming scheme would be consistent with other libraries. Unfortunately, all of the #include<TTab/DTranslationTable.h>
instances were not changed to #include<TTAB/DTranslationTable.h>. Nathan Sparks figured this out
and has checked in a fix. He says he saw another issue though so things may still not work but you
are welcome to try. I’m going to go ahead and check out a fresh copy to test it myself.

Regards,
-David
