[Halld-offline] Trouble building latest version of sim-recon

Hi all,

I just checked out revision 17045 of sim-recon-commissioning. I’m running into the following error during the compilation of the START_COUNTER library:

Is this a bug leftover from converting the TTab plugin into a library?
