[Halld-offline] HDBuildManager-0.1.0 tagged release

Hi everyone,

I pushed the first tag v0.1.0 of HDBuildManager to the GitHub.
I added support for downloading and building geant4, and improved some error/warning messages.
Option for getting it
1. https://github.com/JeffersonLab/HDBuildManager/archive/v0.1.0.tar.gz or the same URL ending with “.zip"
2. git clone https://github.com/JeffersonLab/HDBuildManager
    git checkout -b b0.1.0 v0.1.0
The second option will create and switch to a local branch based on tag v0.1.0.
