[Halld-offline] Fcal truth points?

Hi Elton,

  I just committed a change that should correct this problem. The issue was hdview2 was grabbing
DFCALHit objects, but was not specifying the “TRUTH” tag. Thus, markers were being drawn at
actual FCAL hits when the FCALTruth checkbox was checked. This looks like it goes back as far
as 2009. I’m CC-ing the offline list in case anyone was using this “feature” and is confused why
it now behaves differently.
