Dear GlueX analyzer,

the phase shift parameter  of the TOF CAEN TDC  TOF_TDC_SHIFT in the ccdb
table /TOF/tdc_shift has been changed from 1 to zero for all runs starting
this spring. This may have an affect on the relative timing between the TOF
and all the other detectors.
This adjustment was necessary to make sure all TOF TDC hits are in sync.
