[Halld-offline] Offline Monitoring Launch: 2016-02 ver03

The latest monitoring launch over this year’s production data (2016-02 ver03) is finished, and the results are on the monitoring webpages:

The REST files are on the write-thru cache disk at:
/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2016-02/ver03/REST/

Note that these files will be automatically backed up to tape, and will be-auto deleted when the cache disk gets full, but they should stick around for a few weeks at least.  

Also, note that these are just the first 20 files of each run.
