[Halld-offline] Upgrade JANA to 0.7.5p1

I’ve just committed a change to the sim-recon master branch that requires the very latest version of JANA: 0.7.5p1.  It is built on the CUE machines, and can be found on svn here:

In this commit, I modified all of the plugins in sim-recon, to improve how our reconstruction & data monitoring scales with increasing #’s of threads.  This is why the new version of JANA is necessary.
