[Halld-offline] Calibration job update

Dear all,

The latest set of calibration jobs over runs 11048 - 11145 has finished up,
and a new set of jobs covering runs 11150 - 11312 is hitting the farm.

As a reminder, besides skims, the jobs also generate outputs for a wide
range of calibration plugins.  For a detailed description of the plugins
and outputs,see the following wiki page:
