[Halld-offline] Data Rate Spring 2016

At the Wednesday offline meeting, I quoted an erroneous data rate to tape for the 
spring 2016 run. Using the nominal 300 MByte/second rate, we get about 26TB
of data per day. Assuming ⅓ efficiency, this is about 9TB per day to tape. Thus it will take 
a bit more than a week of running to have the same data volume as Spring 2015.
