[Halld-offline] [Halld-physics] New CDC dE/dx Cut

When I wrote it I wasn't thinking about antiprotons at all, I just wanted something quick and simple for proton/pion that I could share with everyone.
I'm hesitant to modify my example code for pbar since so few people are looking at it: I don't want them to accidentally cut away their pi- signal. You guys however are free to do whatever you want.
Only two lines of code were added: the if-statement checking if the dE/dx was zero (and the following return). The cuts also got looser though. Feel free to update your own version.

Hi Paul,
It looks like this piece of code applies dE/dx cuts to positive tracks
only. Student Viren Bajaj and I are interested in separating out the
anti-protons from the negative pions. We changed our own code to do
this, but now we have to again change your new code. Is there some
reason your version does not act on negative particles, and if not, can
you have it treat positive and negative tracks equally?
Reinhard
