[Halld-offline] nightly build building with gcc 4.9.2

Folks,

I've added another instance of the nightly build using GCC 4.9.2 on the 
ifarm. The pre-existing platform/compiler combinations are still there 
as well. This means there are two builds using the ifarm. For scripting 
convenience reasons I am doing them on different named nodes:

For ifarm1401: GCC 4.4.7 (pre-existing)
For ifarm1102: GCC 4.9.2 (new)

Both are running CentOS 6.5.
