[Halld-offline] group disk space again

Folks,

The group disk is getting full again. We will be getting more space next 
year, but we need to get by until then with what we have. I refer you to 
the usage summar at

I have included a partial listing from one of the sections in that page 
below.

I am archiving some of the old tagged builds owned by "gluex" now. If 
others can help recovering space, that would be appreciated.
