[Halld-offline] Pre-run Calibration Review

Hi all,

One follow up before tomorrow's meeting:  I have made a list of plugins
that need to be updated to handle the new fADC 250 data objects.  There are
a few where I am not sure who the owner is, or if they are deprecated.
Please let me know the status of the plugins listed below.
