Main changes
1. Fixes an environment-setup file bug.
For certain setups (e.g. working in a shell other than default login shell) the env-setup file would not be properly generated.

2. Adds hd_utilities (MCwrapper) to the default package list.
This means you no longer need to add it manually to your settings with “hdpm add”.

3. Deprecates the -a (--all) flag.
This flag is used to indicate that you would like to act on all packages in your current settings.
It has been scheduled for removal in the next release in favor of acting on all packages when no arguments are passed on the command line. Specifically, this will affect the usage of the build, fetch, clean, and update commands. 
For example, to build all packages in your settings, simply run
hdpm build

The -a flag will continue to work (with a warning message) until it is removed in the next release.

The hdgeant4 build setting has been updated to use multiple threads (default 8).
To update your hdgeant4 settings file without updating the other settings, run
hdpm add hdgeant4
