[Halld-offline] build_scripts now includes gluex_root_analysis as a standard package

That should have read...

Use

   source /group/halld/Software/build_scripts/gluex_env_jlab.csh

for tcsh or

   source /group/halld/Software/build_scripts/gluex_env_jlab.sh

for bash to get the new environment.
