The promised tagged version of HDGeant4 has been built. It is version 1.4.0.

The corresponding version files are

   https://halldweb.jlab.org/dist/version_2.15.1.xml

and for JLab folks

   https://halldweb.jlab.org/dist/version_2.15.1_jlab.xml

The code is unchanged from version_2.15.0. The difference is that the
new file refers to the new tagged version of HDGeant4. This version set
is now the default.

All version files can be found in /group/halld/www/halldweb/html/dist at
JLab.
