[Halld-offline] Pull Distributions With Single Missing Photon

Hi offline folks,

I'm seeing some odd behavior in pull distributions and kinematic fit
confidence level distributions when I allow a single photon in my plugin
to be missing. I can see this most strongly in the reaction gamma p ->
omega p, omega-> (gamma) pi0. I think it can also be seen in the reactions
gamma p -> omega p, omega -> pi+ pi- pi0 with single missing pi0 photon as
well.

I seem to see this in both 2016 data (ver04) and signal MC.

I made a log entry (and also follow up) with a few more details:
https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3477891

The plugins, some signal MC, and some output histograms can be found on
the farm at this directory if anyone would like a look for themselves:
/w/halld-scifs1a/home/jzarling/MissingG_KinFit (hopefully I have
permissions set up correctly)

(let me know if there's a more appropriate email list this type of thing
should go to)

Jon
