[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch: 2017-01 ver07

Dear Colleagues,

The first batch of offline monitoring jobs over this spring’s production 
data (2017-01 ver07) up to run number 30621 has been completed this 
morning. If all goes well, a second batch with the runs taken until now 
will be started later today.

The REST files can be found on the cache disk at:
/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2017-01/ver07/REST/

The merged histogram files can be found on the cache disk at:
/work/halld/data_monitoring/RunPeriod-2017-01/mon_ver07/rootfiles/

Version 01 is processed immediately after the data is transferred from 
Hall D to the JLab computing center.

Version 02 through 06 contain a variety of tests, all with partially 
problematic calibrations.
