[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch: 2017-01 ver14

Dear Colleagues,

The latest offline monitoring run over this spring’s production data 
(2017-01 ver14) was completed this morning. So far, we ran five files 
per run. Another five will be added within the next 24h.
