[Halld-offline] important bug fix to hdgeant4

Dear colleagues,

Please update your working copy of hdgeant4 and rebuild. There was a typo
in the GNUmakefile that I introduced back in September, which silently
disabled the G4fixes, and made the standard G4 classes take over. This
broke the tracking and causes occasional hangs during simulation, which
Maria P. found and reported to me. Thanks to Maria for catching this. If
you run into these kinds of hangs or unusual warning messages, please
notify me.
