[Halld-offline] Outage Alert: move of /work/halld and /work/halld2, Wed. Nov. 29, 9 am to 10 am

Folks,
There appears to be an issue with mounting the new work disk on desktop
Linux machines. This has been reported to SciComp.
The partition appears to be fine on ifarm.
