[Halld-offline] Outage Alert: move of /work/halld and /work/halld2, Wed. Nov. 29, 9 am to 10 am

Folks,

There was an issue with an internal firewall that prevented our desktops 
from mounting the new work disk. The firewall rules have been changed; 
you should be able to mount /work/halld now.
