[Halld-offline] sim-recon 2.17.0 still the default [Re: New sim-recon release: version 2.18.0]

Folks,

I decided *not* to change the links at JLab to make sim-recon 2.18.0 the 
default. sim-recon 2.17.0 is still the default as it has been for the 
past several weeks. I was afraid of upsetting the apple cart the day 
before the collaboration meeting.

If you do need a fresher, soon to become standard, version of the code 
and want to go to the new sim-recon 2.18.0:

   setenv BUILD_SCRIPTS /group/halld/Software/build_scripts
   setenv DIST /group/halld/www/halldweb/html/dist
   source $BUILD_SCRIPTS/gluex_env_jlab.csh $DIST/version_2.17.0_jlab.xml

or

   export BUILD_SCRIPTS=/group/halld/Software/build_scripts
   export DIST=/group/halld/www/halldweb/html/dist
   source $BUILD_SCRIPTS/gluex_env_jlab.sh $DIST/version_2.17.0_jlab.xml

as appropriate. (Yes version file is at 2.17.0 and sim-recon is at 
2.18.0, not a typo.)
