[Halld-offline] Automatic updates of ccdb.sqlite on OASIS

Folks,

I have set up a cron job to update a version of ccdb.sqlite each night
on the OSG Application Software Installation Service (OASIS) file system
for use by GlueX OSG jobs. Individual grid jobs will not have to fetch
their database files from JLab. The file is

/cvmfs/oasis.opensciencegrid.org/gluex/group/halld/www/halldweb/html/dist/ccdb.sqlite

which was chosen to be in correspondence with the location at JLab,

   /group/halld/www/halldweb/html/dist/ccdb.sqlite .

Recall that this file, in turn, is generated each night from the
authoritative MySQL version of CCDB. See

https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/SQLite-form_of_the_CCDB_database#Nightly_generated_SQLite_files

for a description of that generation process.

The cron job to do the OASIS update is run by the gluex account on
sandd1.jlab.org.

If this process works out, we can think about expanding the list of
files kept up-to-date in Oasis for GlueX grid jobs. And if there are
questions and/or comments, please send them along.
