[Halld-offline] sim-recon master branch watch/warning

Folks,

I just did some "restorative" work on the sim-recon master branch 
outside of our normal pull-request mechanism. There was a short period 
this morning where master was not functional, but I think it should all 
be back to normal now.

This is just a heads-up. If you see anything funny, please let me know.
