[Halld-offline] MC for v3 recon

We ran the full analysis launch with all studied final states over the 
bggen sample:

/cache/halld/gluex_simulations/recon-2017_01-ver03/bggen/trees/


We also started to run single analysis chains over the signal samples:

/cache/halld/gluex_simulations/recon-2017_01-ver03/rho/trees/

/cache/halld/gluex_simulations/recon-2017_01-ver03/gen_2k/trees/

/cache/halld/gluex_simulations/recon-2017_01-ver03/gen_omega_radiative/trees/

...


Since the latter are only less than 100 files each, feel free to run you 
ReactionFilter over the REST files by yourself to speed things up.
