[Halld-offline] MC for v3 recon

As mentioned at yesterday’s production and analysis meeting this email is to inform everyone that the MC samples can be found at:
/lustre/expphy/cache/halld/gluex_simulations/recon-2017_01-ver03/

An analysis launch will now be run over these files. And I am sure Alex will send out an email when they are done being processed
