[Halld-offline] old sim-recon releases archived

Folks,

FYI, I just backed up and deleted the following releases of sim-recon 
from the group disk in order to free up space:

  * sim-recon-2.14.0
  * sim-recon-2.14.0^hdds311
  * sim-recon-2.15.0
  * sim-recon-2.16.0
  * sim-recon-2.16.0^ccdb165
  * sim-recon-2.16.0^rcdb3
  * sim-recon-2.16.0^rcdb2

If this causes problems for anyone, let me know. The files are easily 
restored.
