[Halld-offline] Test build of split sim-recon

Gluons,

As you know, we have been discussing splitting sim-recon into two 
packages, each with its own source code repository. I have put a test 
build of the split system on the group disk for those interested in 
trying it out. To get it will require using the test version of 
build_scripts and a test version-set file. For tcsh:

   setenv BUILD_SCRIPTS /group/halld/Software/build_scripts_split
   set dist=/group/halld/www/halldweb/html/dist
   source $BUILD_SCRIPTS/gluex_env_jlab.csh $dist/version_test_split_jlab.xml

and for bash:

   export BUILD_SCRIPTS=/group/halld/Software/build_scripts_split
   dist=/group/halld/www/halldweb/html/dist
   source $BUILD_SCRIPTS/gluex_env_jlab.sh $dist/version_test_split_jlab.xml

This test environment will have no definition for HALLD_HOME. Instead 
there are two new variables: HALLD_SIM_HOME and HALLD_RECON_HOME.

After set up, all of the standard scripts and executables should work as 
usual. Let me know if you find problems or have suggestions.
