JLab has arranged for IBM to fix the tape library today.  I'll update the news message.

Jul-20-18	MSS tape outage due to failed gripper
JLab's tape library is currently unavailable due to a failed tape gripper. IBM will plan to make the repair on Monday under our next business day service agreement.
