[Halld-offline] No offline meeting, Fri. Mar 23

Since we don't have a meeting today, I guess it's fine to throw out crazy
ideas on the list...

If we are reconstructing the data offsite, would it make sense to
subsequently run a job to produce ROOT trees before shipping the data back?
