[Halld-offline] deleted sim-recon-2.26.0 from group disk

Folks,

I've just backed up and deleted sim-recon-2.26.0 
<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/sim-recon/releases/tag/2.26.0> from the 
group disk in order to free up some space. This was a release from back 
in June.

If this causes a problem for anyone, let me know. I can be restored easily.
