Version 1.41 is now the version installed at JLab. Find the release

  * Use --no-verbose switch with wget in makefiles. Cleans up the output.
  * Use sqlite version of ccdb by default for JANA_CALIB_URL in
    gluex_env_jlab.(c)sh. Leave the default mysql for CCDB_CONNECTION.
  * Differences from 1.40
