[Halld-offline] Gluex storage (currently UConn-hosted) is now on stashcache!

Dear colleagues,

One of the new facilities that we learned about at the recent OSG meeting
at Jefferson Lab was the introduction of a centrally controlled global
namespace for sharing data over cvmfs. The OSG team just completed the
setup of the Gluex xrootd namespace in this system, so you can now see any
Gluex data cached at UConn under the /cvmfs mount at:

/cvmfs/gluex.osgstorage.org/Gluex

This is a first step in exploring the possibility of doing data production,
not just Monte Carlo, on the OSG.
