[Halld-offline] New branches in HDDS

Hi,
There are four geometry branches for PrimEx in the
repository now corresponding to four different target
configurations.
I added two branches:
PrimEx_Be_empty_spring_2019 and
PrimEx_He_empty_spring_2019
about two weeks ago.
I also started adding geometry files to the CCDB according to
run periods
Geometry for the Be target requires some tweaking, I'll fix it
shortly.
