[Halld-offline] time history plots of Hall D computing resources

Folks,

I've put together a web page with time history plots of various 
quantities such as work disk space, number of MySQL server connections, 
categories of jobs on the farm, and the like. They are updated 
automatically and data are shown on four different time scales. Find the 
page at

It is also linked from the Offline Software wiki page 
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/GlueX_Offline_Software>, in 
the Computing Facilities section

The system is new so there may be changes in the coming weeks. Also, let 
me know if have questions or suggestions, especially if you think of 
other quantities that would be useful to keep track of.
