[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] Newest data / bad f250 pulse data rocid 37 slot 8

Hi,

I already have the current master of halld_recon and the latest ccdb and
rcdb.   Do I need to update anything else in order to run hd_root over the
newest data?   I'm seeing the error pasted below for just one of the new
evio files, the file following it looks ok so far (I haven't reached the
end of it yet).   I cannot remember what owns rocid 37.
