[Halld-offline] reboot the work disk server: objections?

Folks,

There is a tentative plan to reboot the work disk server tomorrow 
morning (Tue. 7 am) to diagnose the file locking problems we have been 
having. Something clearly needs to done on this and this would be the 
first step. This would make /work/halld and /work/halld2 unavailable for 
an hour or so. This impacts a lot of us. It affects all four halls as 
well. If you have objections to this schedule please let me know, sooner 
than later, say by noon today.

Sorry for the late notice, but we want to do this early in the week if 
at all given the Holiday Shutdown coming up.
