[Halld-offline] reboot the work disk server: objections?

Folks,
The work disk was rebooted this morning, after some exploratory sys
admin work, and is back in operation.
Preliminary indications are that the file locking problem is much
better, if not actually eliminated. Operations that would fail reliably
yesterday are succeeding today, in particular one of Thomas's workflows
that uses sqlilte CCDB from work and Simon's Subversion operations on
the disk.
So, so far so good...we'll see if the good behavior holds.
Thanks for putting up with any inconvenience this might have caused.
