[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] Newest data / bad f250 pulse data rocid 37 slot 8

I see same error on file 000. Too tired to make sense of it tonight. Will have as look tomorrow.

I can say that it looks like the entire 20GB file has been copied to tape correctly so it is not as
file truncation issue.

File 001 from that same run is OK so far.   Haven't reached the end of it but it didn't fail instantly like file 000 did, so that's hopeful.
