[Halld-offline] New version set: version_4.1.0.xml

Folks,

I've built two new version sets:

  * version_4.1.0+opt.xml
    <https://halldweb.jlab.org/dist/version_4.1.0+opt.xml>
  * version_4.1.0+dbg.xml
    <https://halldweb.jlab.org/dist/version_4.1.0+dbg.xml>

on all five platforms. version_4.1.0.xml 
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/dist/version_4.1.0.xml> has also been 
created, but has not been built at JLab.

New packages released in these sets:

  * hdds 4.1.0 <https://github.com/JeffersonLab/hdds/releases/tag/4.1.0>
  * halld_recon 4.1.0
    <https://github.com/JeffersonLab/halld_recon/releases/tag/4.1.0>
  * halld_sim 4.1.0
    <https://github.com/JeffersonLab/halld_sim/releases/tag/4.1.0>
  * hdgeant4 2.0.1
    <https://github.com/JeffersonLab/HDGeant4/releases/tag/2.0.1>
  * gluex_root_analysis 1.0.1
    <https://github.com/JeffersonLab/gluex_root_analysis/releases/tag/1.0.1>
  * MCwrapper v2.0.5
    <https://github.com/JeffersonLab/gluex_MCwrapper/releases/tag/v2.0.5>

The current intention is to use this version set for reconstruction of 
Spring 2018 data.

Defaults at JLab will change to the optimized version set at midnight 
tonight.
