Dear users,
Some of your farm jobs running on Slurm batch system are failing due to missing
the log directory. Different with Auger-PBS system, Auger-Slurm change
the way how the job's log files are handled so the .out/.err files will be
available to user during job running. This means when user change the
default logging directory (/farm_out/<user-name>), he/she must create
the directory before submitting the jobs farm. Otherwise job will failed
with this error:
Status: FAILED (Job failed due to invalid stdour/stderr)
Exit Code: -12
If this is affecting you, please make correction to your job submission script before submit more jobs.
Ying Chen
