[Halld-offline] proposed cancellation of Software Meeting, Tue. Nov. 12

I am proposing that we cancel tomorrow's (Tue., Nov. 12) Software 
Meeting. Not that there are not issues to discuss, but I am going to be 
tied up with a review for which I am a committee member.

If a volunteer to act as chairperson is out there they should let me know.

If you do not hear further from me, assume that the meeting is cancelled.
