[Halld-offline] MFA on O365 (Email, Calendar, OneDrive, etc.)

I just confirmed with the computer center that the MFA set-up will _not_
work before 1:45 pm tomorrow (in my case, see below). The required links
will simply not appear. Apparently, special arrangements can be made
with the helpdesk if you need conversion before the switch is thrown.
