[Halld-offline] CCDB SQLite mirror copies are going away

People,

You will recall that back in April we put up many copies (mirrors) of 
the SQLite form of the CCDB database 
<https://mailman.jlab.org/pipermail/halld-offline/2019-April/003613.html> 
on the work disk. You will further recall that about a month ago, we 
stopped using those mirror copies 
<https://mailman.jlab.org/pipermail/halld-offline/2019-October/003789.html> 
in the default environment set-up at JLab. Given the current problems we 
are having using SQLite databases on our work disk, we are deleting 
those mirrors today; they are doing more harm than good. See the message 
from last month, linked above, for details on using the CCDB  from the 
MySQL server hallddb-farm.jlab.org if you need to change your source of 
calibration constants.
