[Halld-offline] hallddb-farm upgrade

The dual database server combo hallddb-farm (aka hallddb-a and 
hallddb-b) got an upgrade today. Both nodes went from 12 to 20 cores 
(they are VMs). The upgrade did require reboots. hallddb-b was cycled at 
about 8:30 am, hallddb-a at about noon. The reboot times were chosen to 
hit times when there were no connections observed on the servers; no 
jobs should have been affected. This message is only being sent in the 
spirit of full disclosure.

Let me know if you notice any difference, positive or negative, or if 
you experienced any disruption during the upgrades.
