[Halld-offline] New time (2 pm) for Software and HDGeant4 meetings

Folks,

Going forward, both the Software Meeting and HDGeant4 meetings will 
begin at 2:00 pm JLab time. Recall that these are on alternate Tuesdays; 
this week was Software, next week is HDGeant4. We will continue to meet 
in A110 at JLab.
