[Halld-offline] now in production [Re: New DB Servers -- HALLDDB-A and HALLDDB-B Online]

Marty has been stress testing the new systems and has released them to 
us for production use.

The next step will be to change the default URL for work at JLab on the 
farm and otherwise to use the new hallddb-farm.jlab.org DNS alias. I'll 
try to remember to announce that when it is done.

Again, if you want to try it out on your own, see the message quoted below.
