[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] recon.xml files matching between MC and data analysis launches ?

Nacer,

Ashley raised a similar point with me at the collaboration meeting. I'm 
afraid that there are likely more than one analysis-launch-compatible 
version sets that need to be built (which should have been built by 
now). I am working on this. If you or anyone else have any specific 
requests, please pass them along.
